One of 12 drawings from my M.A. art thesis “brokenFixed.” You can read the philosophical part of the thesis here.
The second version of “Broken” and “Fixed” self-portraits I created as a part of my graduate art research. I intentionally departed from the traditional representation of likeness in a search for a more abstract representation of a self.
Double portrait about racial identity.
